Placing an order

Bulk orders will receive an expected timeframe for fulfillment prior to payment submission. It is a best practice to allow the maximum time given for planning.

Delivery

All order will receive an expected delivery window. If you're ordering a few candles, please expect typical Fed Ex/UPS ground delivery timeframe. For bulk orders of 50+candles, delivery may take between 1-2months. Please be mindful of delivery timeframes when placing bulk orders.

Returns & refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns. We place care and thought into how our candles are packaged.
